XSZL Series Simplex Double Screws Palletizer
Introduction
This Simplex Refiner is designed to operate as a refiner/pelletizer. When it is mounted under the vacuum spray chamber it will act as a soap pelletizer. When it is used in a soap finishing line, it will act as a soap refiner.
This machine uses all-hard-teeth precisely-grinded gear face reducer. The screw is made of high quality stainless steel or aluminum alloy, which is strong corrosion-resistant and durable for long production.
All other parts which are in contact with the soap are made of high quality stainless steel. The production capacity can be adjusted by the VFD or the electromagnetic speed regulation motor.
