Introduction

This Simplex Refiner is designed to operate as a refiner/pelletizer. It is used to squeeze and grind the soap base for refining effects and transform the soap base into soap pellets. The length and diameter rate of barrel and screw can be 1:9，which can squezze soap noodles It is equipped with all-hard-teeth precisely-grinded gear reducer.

The screw is made of high quality stainless steel or aluminum alloy, which is strong corrosion-resistant and durable for long production.

All other parts which are in contact with the soap are made of high quality stainless steel.

The production capacity can be adjusted by the VFD or the electromagnetic speed regulation motor.
