YS Series Six Color Rotating Printer
Introduction
The printing ink unit, mandrel rotary disc unit, and oven are controlled by independent motors and constant speed is controlled by the computer to achieve the most reasonable speed for combined operations. The machine can realize independent printing, independent glazing and combined printing and glazing operations.
Gloss oil drying modes include UV drying or hot air drying, or dual-use UV and hot air drying oven. The glazing and drying modes can be hot setting, ultraviolet drying or dual-use type.
Our company also offers the printing machine integrating UV drying or UV and hot air drying, which can be chosen by customers according to the needs with such features as power and space saving, easy operation, etc.
The precision divider ensures accuracy of every movement. It is easy to dismount and rectify the printing mandrel. The tube feeding system is provided with the detector. No glazing will be carried out if there is no tube and the machine will stop automatically if the tube is not taken out.
The reasonable ink transfer system can realize large area printing with good screen printing effect. The foldable ink unit is easy to clean and facilitates color changing and plate sticking operations.
